🚚 Return Shipping

Return shipping cost will be shared equally between the customer and our business.

No return label is provided.

Please ensure the parcel is securely packed and properly addressed before sending.
💵 Refund Method

Most of our parcels are delivered through Cash on Delivery (COD).

The same delivery person will collect the return parcel.

In the contact form, please share your Bank Account, EasyPaisa, or any other preferred account details for the refund.

Refund will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned product.
🔁 Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges.
If you wish to purchase a different product, please place a new order.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
Products purchased during our Monthly Hot Sale are not eligible for return.
📦 Damaged or Defective Products

If your parcel arrives damaged, we will provide compensation based on the issue.

If the damage is clearly due to customer mishandling, no compensation will be offered.
