At Jewels of Time, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please review our return and refund guidelines below.


✅ Return Eligibility

  • All products are eligible for return.

  • The item must be in the same condition as delivered.

  • Products not returned in their original condition will not be accepted and no refund will be issued.


⏳ Return Time Frame

You can initiate a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Return shipping cost will be shared equally between the customer and our business.

  • No return label is provided.

  • Please ensure the parcel is securely packed and properly addressed before sending.


💵 Refund Method

  • Most of our parcels are delivered through Cash on Delivery (COD).

  • The same delivery person will collect the return parcel.

  • In the contact form, please share your Bank Account, EasyPaisa, or any other preferred account details for the refund.

  • Refund will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned product.


🔁 Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges.
If you wish to purchase a different product, please place a new order.


❌ Non-Returnable Items

Products purchased during our Monthly Hot Sale are not eligible for return.


📦 Damaged or Defective Products

  • If your parcel arrives damaged, we will provide compensation based on the issue.

  • If the damage is clearly due to customer mishandling, no compensation will be offered.


💳 Additional Fees

There are no extra charges, except the shared return delivery cost.
